The partnership allows Nectar customers to redeem their points for tickets and experiences at Merlin Entertainments attractions across the UK, such as Thorpe Park, Alton Towers Resort, and SEA LIFE Aquariums.

Log in to your Nectar account or partner section on the app and visit the dedicated landing page https://www.merlinpartners.co.uk/nectar-points . From there, select your chosen attraction and follow the steps to complete your booking online.

Yes, you must have an active Nectar account to redeem points for Merlin experiences.

No, all redemptions must be completed online through the Nectar landing page before your visit.

The number of points required depends on the attraction and ticket type. Pricing will be clearly displayed on the landing page.

18+. Nectar required. Double value on Nectar points when spent on Merlin Entertainment products and experiences is available until 14/09/2026 or once 100,000 number of Merlin Entertainment products and experience have been purchased with Nectar Points , whichever is sooner. Minimum of 250 Nectar points required. Purchases must be made on the Merlin website https://www.merlinpartners.co.uk/nectar-points/. Points cannot be spent at Merlin attractions onsite. For full T&Cs, including excluded Merlin Entertainment products and experience, please visit www.nectar.com/brands/merlin.

Yes, in most cases you can use a combination of Nectar points and cash. Details will be shown during checkout.

No, you’ll receive an e-ticket via email from noreply@accessoticketing after completing your booking online.

Tickets are subject to availability and date restrictions. You’ll need to select your visit date during the booking process.

Its not possible to cancel a booking but it may be possible to change the date. This can be requested via the Merlin booking portal or by contacting them on 03333 212001.

No, you cannot collect Nectar points on bookings made using points.

Yes, the partnership covers standard attraction tickets, special events and annual passes.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket shortly after completing your booking.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, Customers should contact Merlin with the booking reference, and we can search by the customer email address. The central number for all attractions is 03333 21200.

Yes, you can book tickets for family or friends, but the booking must be made through your Nectar account.

Some attractions may have blackout dates or limited availability during peak times. These will be shown during booking.

Yes, children require their own ticket to access Merlin attractions. Whether children are granted free admission to an attraction depends on their age and height, which will be validated at the attraction entrance.

Requirements vary by attraction and are displayed on the attraction booking pages, for example:

Children under 90 cm go free at Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, and Warwick Castle.

Children under 120 cm go free at Thorpe Park.

Children under 2 years go free at SEA LIFE aquariums.

Paid admission policies for children are detailed on each attraction’s website.

No, Nectar point redemptions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

Limits may apply per transaction or per account. Further details on any restrictions will be shown at the booking stage.

You can contact Merlin using chat. Simply go to the attraction website, click "contact us" and the chat feature will appear in the bottom right of your screen.

Eligibility for essential companion tickets is detailed on each attraction's website. Some attractions allow booking in advance, others require collection at the attraction subject to the appropriate paperwork being shown on arrival.

We accept the following documentation as eligibility for an essential companion pass:

·        Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book

·        Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award

·        Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) Disability Students’ Allowance (DSA), or DID card (UK Disabled ID card).

·        A valid Blue Badge

·        In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)

·        Nimbus Access Card with the carer/companion symbol

·        An International Equivalent of the Above
